Every participant who joins Moves for Life is working on something real: focusing for longer, handling frustration, making decisions under pressure, or simply having something to look forward to each week. The chess is the method. The growth is the goal.

We've worked with participants who'd never seen a chessboard, and participants who've played for years. What matters isn't your skill level, it's that you're looking for something that actually engages your mind and brings something meaningful into your week. Moves for Life works well for people living with:
